CATalogue
This is where all resources are stored, and all Office apps can be accessed:  CATalogue. 

Once logged into the CATalogue you can find the 'waffle' icon (a small grid of 3 X 3 dots, top right).

Select this and you will be able to access all Office apps, including Outlook for sending and receiving email.

Or select the 'burger' (three horizontal golden lines) and you can access all the subjects that you study.
