Artists at the Fitzwilliam

Year 10 visited the Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge. They viewed a variety of art exhibitions and spent time sketching in front of actual 

Paintings and sculptures. This engagement with art is designed to enrich and develop both their skills and understanding of art and to give them access to a broad cultural and creative experience. They behaved impeccably  and showed really sophisticated  drawing skills

while engaging in group discussions about the meaning of art in full view of the public, which shows just how confident and committed they are to enriching their artistic knowledge and understanding.
